The example adds a $40 access fee per term and a $20 application fee where it applies. Residency, number of terms, books, and other charges all need confirmation, and an unknown cost is never treated as zero.
Community proposal
Ten directors, one cohort
The community proposal is ten directors at a $1,500 scholarship target — $15,000 in all. No awards, sponsorships, or employer commitments are secured. Scholarship need, operating cash, and in-kind support are kept separate so nothing is counted twice.
