What this is, and what it is careful not to be

A planning prototype for a proposed early learning director collaborative in Sarasota. It is a working demonstration of how the community could operate — not an enrollment system, not an official college platform, and not a records system.

Who made this

Nicole T. Kammer, Ed.D. is an early childhood education professor, program leader, researcher, visual resource designer, and AI-enabled education builder. This collaborative grew out of a straightforward observation: early learning directors carry hiring, coaching, budgets, family relationships, compliance, and curriculum at once, usually without peers who do the same work.

The concept, structure, scenarios, templates, and learning experience design here are original work by Nicole T. Kammer, Ed.D.. The site demonstrates how a proposed cohort could function week to week, so the idea can be discussed against something concrete rather than a slide deck.

What this site deliberately does not do

  • No enrollment, application, or registration.
  • No confirmed funding, and no awarded scholarships.
  • No credit, credential, licensure, or certificate of any kind.
  • A prototype account is not enrollment, admission, or identity verification by SCF.
  • No child records, no personnel files, no named disciplinary cases.
  • No performance scores, burnout indices, or evaluations of directors.
  • No AI-generated coaching, feedback, or assessment — every scenario response is authored text.

Sample-workspace entries stay in this browser. Prototype-account records use protected private storage so persistence can be demonstrated.
